    Pros:

    Nice script
A little bug make it more realistic, don't remove it( see the con)

    Cons:

    The bug is when you use up the 150 ammo without reloading, the gun will be wasted, this explains the overheat effect of a real mg
When I picked up the ammo power-up and used it up, the gun will be automatically wasted due to the default setting of the game

    Conclusion:

    Nice, reasonable, and awesome script
