Pros:

Great looking

Smooth gamplay

Cons:

Missing textures and models
Random buttons seemed pointless
Easy to get lost

Conclusion:

Its a great map and seems you spent a long time on this. The panic events were interesting, I loved the police cars driving by(Which reminds me how did you get the infected to chase after it?).The optimizing on the map was great. I was able to run the map with no problems. There were a lot of missing textures as well as models. The button to unlock the door or open the subway door had no reason to exist and since it is day time you need landmarks or something to guide the player. I got lost tonnes of times. 

This has great potential as a campagin so good luck with it
