Pros:

-Had weird looking fire one time (none the next time)
-Too few useful melee weapons (only pans and nightsticks)
-The rail yard crescendo arena is a bit small
-The train tunnel is a bit undetailed. Maybe supporting beams or something to spruce it up?
-None of the new items (golf club/M60/explosive barrel)
-Not enough people are playing this yet :(

Conclusion:

Let's start by saying this is the best custom campaign I've ever played. It's quality worthy of Valve.

First off, the campaign is long (45-60 min on normal), but due to the varied locations (from a sewer, to a hotel, to a football stadium all in a few minutes) it never gets boring. All these locations are incredibly detailed. Not just because it has a lot of props and decals to spruce it up, but also because you've gone to great lengths to make everything look realistic. Roads and alleys (like most other maps) don't start where the player enters and end where the player exits, but they go on in the opposite direction for a little while. This makes everything look more like real-life. Yet these alternate directions don't cause any real confusion as the direction signs and cues are very clear. Overall the game flow is pretty great. If you're meet little opposition you'll move through the level as if you were a Navy SEAL but once the opposition increases you have good defensive positions everywhere.

The atmosphere in this campaign is incredible. The already mentioned locations and details, but also the lighting, the special effects (the surprise explosion, the jets overhead) and the custom sounds and models/textures (the movie theatre statue :D) help to sell this campaign as something completly new (even though the gameplay is very familiar). The survivor speech is amazing. They have something appropriate to say about everything, even the things we've never seen before.

I'm giving you a 100/100 even though there are a few cons. I know you'll fix them and even with them it's already the best custom campaign I've ever played. You should've been the one to make the first official fan campaign for Valve. This campaign is the complete opposite of the unimaginative Cold Stream. That only had a few WOW moments. Suicide Blitz 2 is one big WOW!
