Early 2008 Flashlight Particle

Doesn't change much, just the aesthetic.

So this is a really simple mod that I made for myself. It's a recreation of the early 2008 progress bar that can be seen in the beta videos of Left 4 Dead. Beta icons are not included in the mod. Install instructions in the changelog.
