After being firebombed, the survivors must flee their safehouse, and find their way to safety.
Identical to the workshop version.
Supported EMS mutations:
Holdout (exclusive objects included)
New: Supports Custom Weapons
Adds the M72 LAW single shot anti-tank rocket launcher to all the official campaigns. The LAW spawns in the same place as melee weapons and takes up the secondary weapon slot.
Note: The server or hosting player needs to have the mod for it to work. May be incompatible with mods that add melee weapons.
Requires the Custom Weapon Base below.

This mutation is like Tank Rush with a twist: There are only boomers at first, but boomer vomit will attract a mob of tanks. The goal: finish without getting vomited (and if you do get vomited, finish without dying). It may sound simple, but as you will see, it's harder than you think. On a scale of 1 to 10 difficulty, this mutation may get a 9/10 difficulty! Play with friends. Not for the fain...
A simple template and example for a custom scripted weapon. A staff that shoots exploding fireballs.
Note: this is not designed for gameplay, only as an example for mod authors.
The script code is licensed with the MIT license. Have fun.
See the Custom Scripted Weapons guide for usage.
Guard the gnome.

"The human eye is an imperfect instrument" - Ambrose Bierce
Description: Be all ears as you won't see death until it's upon you. All Special Infected besides the witch are nearly invisible at a distance only revealing themselves as they close the distance. Shooting an infected will briefly increase it's visibility.
Witches get MORE invisible the closer you get.
coop/versus mutation that tweaks infected.
Tanks startle all zombies in their radius to attack random survivor.
Startling a witch, will cause all zombies in radius of witch to attack startler.
Special Infected can control zombies to attack a random player by striking.
Smoker's deathcloud is damaging!
Boomer bile slows you down.
Spitter spit is sticky. (slowdown)
Jockey's move you faster.
Giant infected + Boomers.
Infected are slower, but have a lot of health and hit hard.
Aim for center mass down, head shots won't count on standing infected atm due to model bbox issues. I'd simply recompile them but don't want to mess up other campaigns. Hoepfully this gets patched in an update.

The Green Flu mutates once again - causing the infected (and for some reason, their clothes) to shrink. They may not pack a full size punch but they still hit suprisingly hard and are even harder to hit. Like most pests, they're found in large numbers.
Description: All tiny little commons
Likely a custom mini TankVariant

It's just like Team Fortress 2!
King of the Hill is a fast-paced 8-player competitive gamemode, similar to the one in TF2. Its goal is to contrast the slow gameplay of versus, while still being fun. The four survivors must get to the point and all four of them have to be standing near the point until the Survivor timer counts down. If at least one survivor gets pulled away by Infected or ventu...
This mutation forces survivors to kill or die.
Your health decays over time and the only way to keep it up is to kill zombies.
The main aim for this mutation was to keep the core gameplay of L4D2 but mix it up by changing one of the most important items in the game. Health kits are gone. The infected are not only the things trying to kill you, but also the things keeping you alive.
In this co-op mutation, you have to make your way through this horde of 'biters'. When you get bitten, you start bleeding out. Not only that, but zombies love the smell of blood. They get buffed when you're bitten, so clean your wound quickly. A new gene was introduced, giving immunity to bites. It isn't permanent, and there's no way to control it. Fighting them head-on isn't always the best d...
Zombie Run is a gamemode similar to deathrun, made to work using L4D2's mechanics. The survivors have to run through the course and wait for the rescue helicopter, while being chased by zombies. The Special Infected ARE the traps. They have to set up ambushes along the path. The survivors have to be extra careful; Incap is disabled. You go down, you're dead. Just like deathrun.
The mutation is...
A mutation where you battle the other survivors getting to the saferoom first.
With infinte ammo and regenerating health, the infected are merely there to slow you down. Items are replaced with adrenaline and molotovs.
Features server persistant scoring.
Currently only set up for The Parish and Dark Carnival, but can work with other campaigns (except for bots and panic events).
A modified survival mode where guns and items spawn randomly throughout the area at timed intervals. The guns have limited ammo forcing survivors to constantly search for new ones.
Currently has custom item spawnpoints on:
Other maps use the locations of exsisting weapon spawns.
