NOTE: I do not recommend playing this campaign on a 'Best Available Dedicated' server as some can be heavily modded and greatly interfere with gameplay.

Get to the small town of Riverside for a waterfront rescue. - Left 4 Dead objective

Part 3 of the 'L4D Modified' set. This is the unique Death Toll from the first Left 4 Dead, with the original non-versus map designs, new upgrade/item/melee spawns, small fixes and miscellaneous changes.

Features:

• Original map layouts (buildings and paths)
• Original sewage and river water textures
• Dynamic lights added to the floodgate on '2: The Drains'
• The Last Stand update L4D population
• Buffed Miniguns - they are now more accurate and deal a lot of damage, especially to Tanks!
• New L4D1 themed hint system for panic events and rescue activation
• Original L4D1 models (with HD textures)
• Improved lighting
• Enabled wind on all exterior cables such as phonepoles (they're originally static)
• Timed hordes will always spawn ahead rather than behind
• More tweaks and tidbits I can't remember

I enjoyed this one more than the others I gotta say, even though the campaign was a breeze thanks to the ridiculous amount of supplies distribution in the original game lol, it's fun going back through these to see the neat things that were taken out in the versus version, couldn't believe there was a tier 2 weapon on chapter 1. The challenging bits were the church event and the finale which I see you definitely increased the hordes which I'm pleased to see, (although the dash to the rescue seems to have a ping spike, too many of them!) This was a nostalgic one.
