Description

This is a retexture of the Tactical Artic Stripe SCAR-L, without the stripes and instead in the regular tan color.

Requested by Zoinho1, who noted that the SCAR mods that come with a foregrip look weird in thirdperson, as survivors don't hold the grip and their hands clip through it, and wanted this grip-less SCAR model but without the stripes.

Full credits in the changelog, but in a nutshell, I only pasted the textures from Rebelmoon's 'Scar L with New Setup' onto General Icarus' 'Tactical Arctic Stripe SCAR-L;' the only things I did myself were (attempt to) retexture the Magpul thing under the magazine, and flip some text so it wasn't backwards ingame.

Pros:

-Powerful sounds
-No foregrip
-No scope
-High-definition textures
-No HUD icon, therefore no mod conflicts
-Flashlight on top of weapon, interesting

Cons:

-Stock too long, clips through survivor's shoulders in world-view
-Blot goes past the end of the groove when firing, though not when reloading
-Reload animation is a bit glitchy, hands often in slightly different locations, clipping through gun/magazine

Conclusion:

At first, the glitchy reload kind of turned me off, but when I got into it, the subtle difference in hand position actually makes this gun feel like it's being used by a human. This mod has made the SCAR my new favorite weapon.
