Pros:

It's a nice looking map.
Interesting path layout. I've never gotten lost before in a L4D2 map. 

Cons:

You can't finish this map without real people. As the AI don't not know how to use the tram cars.

Conclusion:

As I said, nice map for the first half, but if you play alone skip this map, you can't finish it.
