Pros:

-great looking 
-xmas theme
-good holdout spots

Cons:

-only three open houses
-the house at the back is too defensible 

Conclusion:

my only complaint is that the house in the back corner is too easy to defend. It has large amount of supplies, only two entrances, and you have a large area between you and the place where the zombies spawn so its too easy to kill incoming hordes before they get to you.
