Pros:

Looks awesome when the Smoker dies (Cloud of yellow bio hazard smoke) 
Makes the Smoker stand out more from other infected.
Adds more of a challenge as when the Smoker dies it adds a thick cloud of smoke which is hard to see through in tight spaces

Conclusion:

A really good mod for the Smoker, I've had it installed for months and have not had any problems.

A very nice Jockey skin replacement, good for people who like Halo and want a skin for a Jockey that has good detail. A soundpack to go with the skin would be nice, maybe Grunt sound files from Halo 3? However, for me personally I would much rather have other covenant skins over sound file replacers.

I downloaded this a few days ago but thought I should come back and post a review. Before finding this mod I had hoped someone would make a Halo 4 Cortana mod for the survivors and thank God someone did! Perfect
