Open variables.txt located in the \Data\ folder.
\Steam\steamapps\common\Starship Troopers - Terran Command\Starship Troopers_Data\StreamingAssets\Data
Find and edit the following lines.
unitSinkTime = 9999999999999
unitSinkSpeed = 0.0000000001

Download Instructions
Downloading modified files instead of  editing files yourself will remove any other mods you've installed with those files.     

Download and extract variables.txt to the \Data\ directory.
