Recently we have completed notifications, achievements and some minor edits mentioned below. --- Achievements --- We have successfully converted the achievements page into the beta without any compatibility issues. This means you are able to maintain your achievement progress and continue forward on the beta. If you notice any achievement that is not triggering a result please let us know. The future of achievements will expand into a vast amount of categories with dozens or even hundreds of new achievements to come. This is why we added a sidebar navigation to easier navigate the achievements as they expand in the future. You can also view your credits balance and there is a link to the credits shop to spend your rewards. (coming soon) --- File Notifications --- In order to make file notifications work how we wanted we had to rewrite some of the back-end code which took a fair amount of time. The end result has been a success. You can now be notified when social activity has occurred on your submitted file content. You will now notice an Activity tab so you can view the notification events as they unfold. --- Cookie Notification --- To stay compliant with the privacy laws we have added a cookie disclosure to the site. This will appear every time your cookies have been cleared or when the privacy policy has been updated. Please keep in mind we take user privacy extremely seriously and we have NEVER in our history ever sold, rented, or provided analytical data to any 3rd parties. --- Forward looking updates. --- Moving forward our primary focus is to complete the adding new games feature and then going over all the bugs and community requests provided by beta testers in the forum discussions. - The ability to add and manage new games to the platform. - Fixing the bugs and completing requests from the community at the forum discussions. - Improving your browsing experience to show top content, trending content, and adding more ways to discover content. "You can now be notified when social activity has occurred on your submitted file content." So what does File Notifications exactly do? If someone download my mod then I will be notified about this? Or if someone commented on my mod then I will be notified?
You will currently be notified when someone posts a comment or when someone has linked a video to your content. We will also notify you when someone has linked your content using add-on linking.

I found bugs in Achievements page. Few achievements didn't unlock in Gamemaps 2.0. For me those are: Editor - Publish a new guide. (I have one guide added) Recorded - Attach a video to any add-on. (I have added videos to my addons) Also I suggest to add credit balance to Achievements page for example under the text "My Achievements" or on the right of that text. Credits balance is on the left in Account info menu, but its blending with other stats. I don't know if you didn't noticed, I posted in "Recent Updates (Messages, Downloads, Notifications)" topic about Download Manager bugs: https://beta.gamemaps.com/discussions/19

Hello greenhood, I have tested these achievements and they seem to be working. So we looked into your account and found you added the guide back in 2015. There was a good chance this achievement was not available in 2015. When you add a new guide it will calculate your current achievement progress. Calculation and achievement updates are done during the achievement completion or process. Once you add a new guide it will detect and give you the appropriate progress. I did read the download feedback, I will respond there. Regards
The following observation applies to gamemaps.com, NOT the beta version. I'd like to point out that recent activity put me up to 23 again. However, not long before that it went from 23 DOWN to 22! This I must conclude was due to a bug, unless for some reason my "number" was downgraded due to different criterion that is now in effect. If that's the case, there is no bug. Hello AlfredENeuman, The account level is based on the achievement progress. It is possible that your level dropped to 22 after new achievements were released but then jumped back to 23 once you claimed some new rewards. I suspect that as new achievements are released your completion % / level will fluctuate depending on your overall progress. Regards
