The past couple weeks have been keeping us busy working on core upgrades preparing for the beta launch. We want to make sure everything is up to date and using the latest technology so that we get the best experience. Although the beta launch is taking a little longer than planned we are pleased with the progress. We want to make sure when the beta rolls out the site is fast, efficient and has a larger server capacity. --- Platform Updates --- - We have upgraded the beta core PHP to the latest version. This is a huge improvement and should result in a faster and more efficient experience. If you noticed any bugs or things that have stopped working please let us know! After upgrading the PHP system, it's possible some code may be incompatible and needs updating. Although we are confident we resolved any conflicts there may be a couple bugs lurking in the shadows. - With the upgrade of PHP comes the new .webp support. You can now upload .webp images at the image gallery. - We upgraded our database to support all foreign languages and emote icons. - We have implemented a emote feature for comments. (See emote button in the bottom right of the input box) Once some testing is completed we will roll out the emote support for forums, messages, and descriptions. - Featured videos on file listings will now be specified from the beta version only. Selecting featured videos from the live website is now discontinued as we prepare to roll out the beta platform. --- In Development --- - We are currently working on supporting animated images (gif) and this should be working by Monday. - More preparations to prepare for a larger beta launch. - Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways, Contests, Raffles, Gifts and more are coming! I found a php bug. Also cant edit or remove images in Gallery. Tested webp format. While I can add static webp with no problems, I cant add animated webp files. In Profile settings page there is no Payment and Privacy tabs, but they are in other tabs. https://beta.gamemaps.com/member-profile I noticed that site pages are loading slower than before.
Greenhood seems to be right about the page loading times (and I have no reason to believe Greenhood isn't right about the other issues). I'm not saying pages load slower, but they ARE NOT faster either.
These errors should now be fixed. At the moment we don't support .webp animations but we do support animated GIFs. We are currently working on optimization to improve the load times. If you notice any other errors or issues please let us know. Regards

Php errors are fixed, but I still cant edit or delete images in Gallery.

Hello Greenhood, We tested editing and deleting and it seems to work for us... What happens when you try to delete or edit an image in the gallery?

In Gallery when I hover over image I don't see any buttons to edit or delete image. Even if I click on image and it zoom in I still don't see any buttons. This is also problem in videos tab.
I tested a few things and can't reproduce that. What web browser and version are you using?

I can't seem to reproduce that on Firefox 87.0, at least on Linux. Just to verify, you are in one of the categories in /member-gallery ?

Yes. Maybe this is permissions problem?

This Gallery problem is also on Edge and Chrome browsers.
