Pros:

Authentic Model
Interface Changes (Picture, Name)
Goes great with a P90, Magnum or Sniper

Cons:

There are no cons at all...
Only thing I noticed is that in "The Passing", Zoey is shown in the first seen, but later replaced through Motoko when you meet Luis and Francis. 

Conclusion:

Fantastic work, Motoko is my favourite Anime Character and it's great to have the chance to see her in L4D2.
I would like to see some more Skins from Ghost in the Shell, like I comment before.
