- Too dark
- Color too bright
- MS Paint job
- Attempt at proselytizing

Conclusion:

The color scheme does not fit well with the theme of the game. It looks and feels like the only thing you did was use the bucket tool in MS Paint. Proselytizing on a website that is not meant for it, and trying to equate patriotism to religiosity.
Overall a bad skin with a message that doesn't belong here.

Pros:

+ Lots of detal

Cons:

- Muzzle flash not in the right place, its too far out and slightly above the barrel
- Reload clip invisible (minor)

Conclusion:

Would definitely use this. The model and texture really look great.
The main concern is the muzzle flash.
