Pros:

Good map and layout
Actually somewhat difficult/challenging with the minimal amount of health packs at the beginning

Cons:

The shotgun in the safe room on the finale can't be picked up, but it's there in the box
On the finale, the bots have trouble getting down the orange ladder and end up either hanging from the top or just falling and going down.
Too many chargers and spitters on the first 2 levels, sometimes 2-3 chargers at once.

Conclusion:

Excellent campaign, minimal flaws.
