We've had a busy few weeks! Between fixing bugs, testing, releasing new features and listening the community the only other thing we've had time for is energy drinks! In the recent updates we wanted to give developers and publishers the ability to further customize their content on the platform. You can now tap into your creative side and add images and styles to your content. It will be nice to see how publishers utilize these new features moving forward. In addition we added a few other notable updates that you can see below.. Description & Discussion Styles You can now style your discussions and file descriptions with images, styles and colors! Updating your file descriptions with styles may have a positive impact on your visitors. Give it a try! We will be adding support for animated images (gif) in the coming days.Subscriptions Easily add friends and developers you already know to your subscriptions with the new add user ability.
Cryptocurrencies At the members area you will notice a section that displays your credits. (image below) Clicking the down arrow buttons (circled in red) will expand the menu to show your cryptocurrency balance. By default this will be collapsed unless you have a positive balance. Ways to earn cryptocurrencies along with further details will be published in the near future. Stay tuned!
Game Discussions You can now access and start a game discussions from any games location. Simply click the discussions icon at the top of the left menu to enter the discussions area. (see below)
Guides We have done many improvements to the guides system to make it more user friendly. In addition we have given guides the ability to appear in featured sliders, whats trending, and other ranking areas. There is a lot to be desired with guides so I would anticipate more updates ahead. - You can now upload a featured image for guides. (edit guide > scroll down) If you have a featured image available for your guide you will be eligible to display in the promotional sliders. - Guides can now appear in the 'TRENDING' area on a games homepage. - When you create a new guide it will now appear in the game activity. - Guides that have been liked will now appear in the game activity. Other Updates Here are a list of additional updates. - All members can get VIP for free by clicking 'Upgrade to VIP' in the members area. Every 15 days when your VIP expires you can claim another 15 days. - Added message 'You must be a member for at least 30 days before sending private messages.'. Users who upgrade to VIP however can send private messages instantly. You can upgrade to VIP for free during beta by clicking 'Upgrade to VIP'. - New members must first validate their email before they can participate in social activities. (Comments and discussions) This will not affect existing members. - Comments from gallery items will now appear in activity. - Any games related to gambling will now display an alert/warning. - Any games that are blockchain based will now display an alert/warning. - Games reported to be incomplete or dysfunctional will display an alert/warning. - Credits Shop items will now display which have been unlocked. - Your likes are now displayed at the members area. - You can now instantly like items from the members area. (heart icons) - Discussions now display the topic header with a option to reply. - Fixed various errors and links.

I have a question for the staff: I logged in recently to the current website instead of the beta. Now, over the years I've done 331 reviews (though for quite a while only 301 show up.) But now, there are NONE! I am just wondering have all my reviews been deleted (I was under the impression they'd be archived when the new website goes up.) One of the reasons I'm curious about this is that if my reviews are gone, I would assume everyone else's would be as well. This situation might anger a lot of long time users quite a lot to say the least. Personally, I have mixed feelings about it because while I was trolled a lot and deleting the reviews also deleted the nasty comments that's a lot of work down the drain! And I have to wonder if all of my comments are gone too. I suppose I can live with it given the new website is going to be better, but not everyone is likely to be as forgiving! Speaking strictly for myself, I consider the fact so many of my mod descriptions are censored to be a bigger issue as I was told that would be fixed long ago. I haven't been harping on that because I know how busy the staff is working on the new website, and certainly consider that more important.
Nice update :) I found two issues thou. First is that I cant undo formatting. For example when adding url link and then pressing CTRL + Z nothing is happening. Second is that if the title of the topic is too long then while adding reply or editing post this problem occurs

Regarding to that comment, as far as I know, during cleanup some comments & reviews were deleted, & some were deleted by accident. It's not only yours being deleted, as some of my comments & long reviews got deleted too even without offensive words in it. Probably it was caused by the bug of auto deletion system back then in detecting offensive words etc.

Btw, somehow by replying this I suddenly got a kind of suggestion for discussion section. Could "quote" be added to this discussion section? I kind of felt difficult in quoting someone else's comment without having to copy-paste the comments. At the same time this would make quoted comment easier to view when "quote" feature is added.-
kurochama, thanks for the information. And by the way I am FINALLY going to be trying out your legendary mod Merciless Survivor Bots tonight. You know, I looked for it on the Workshop because I was wondering if it was there too but saw it was not. I'm surprised by that, though I understand why you wouldn't put it there (I only put my 50 mods there because I figured if I didn't somebody might eventually upload one and maybe even take credit for it too.) But if somebody hasn't put your "Merciless" mod up there whether or not you want it there, they probably will so maybe you should. Food for thought. Have a great night.
