Pros:

few scares
the voice in the comments

Cons:

way too short
missing textures
key was easy to find

Conclusion:

Really good concept and if it was longer and creepier it may6 just work. You should add more to the existing one or even combine the two chapters. also fix the missing textures. This could work really well for a long campaign with more jumps and scares.
