Pros:

Achievements
Not ugly
Can work on expert tank killing

Cons:

You could add a few more achievements you could of gotten on this map
Boring really fast
Bots are useles if you get pounced or smoked
Many times I almost got killed because a door would not open or would close on me in the tank area
Feels like cheating
WTF is with all the witches undergrond?
For the boomer one you should add the one where you melee and kill it w/o it vomiting/exploding on you
Need sv_cheats 1 to save your self if you get smokerd or pounced

Conclusion:

Fun for people who do not really wanna earn a achievement
