- Has the 'Epic!' feeling.
- SO many places to camp, endless possibilities.
- Supply is gargantuan. The amount of supplies give endless tactical play.
- Great detail.
- I enjoy the multiple minigun spawns.
- Some secret storage places, give me quite a surprise when I find them.
Cons:
- Tanks go up the tower funny.. Well this is also a Pro since it made me laugh ;).
- Bots have a hard time traversing some locations, specifically ladders where they seem to always fall down.
Conclusion:
My favourite survival map in both Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2! It is just MASSIVE and there are SO MANY POSSIBILITIES! It is really well made, great texture work, lighting, placement of objects, and is overall a fantastic map. I could play this map for days on end and not get bored, hell even weeks. If you have a full party of 4, and you don't get enjoyment out of this map, you must obviously be lying. Bots have some problems climbing ladders though, that's the only negative.
Even if you aren't a fan of the lord of rings series like me, you WILL enjoy this map.
