Nice job

I still have No Mercy to play, but this was my favorite one up to this point. 

Everything went smoothly, the design was nice, the AI were helpful and I never got lost. The lighting in this one made sense and everything you added to the original made for a fun mix up. The finale was very good with the new docks; everything just looked very nice. 

I have no complaints about this one, so great job, I saved it to play again!

Better

This has been the third apocalypse campaign I've played, and this has been the best of the three. It had it's moments, good and bad. 

This is the only one I've played where everything actually makes sense. No above ground subway cars, or random pools of water. The redesign was nice, I preferred it to the original in all honesty. This had the nicest lighting out of all your campaigns so far as well, much more realistic. 

However, my complaints are few, but rather important. There's no direction throughout the campaign. Which may be what you were going for, but I prefer at least some hints on where to go. On the second map, jumping onto a van and then over a barbwire fence was my last thought. Normally, you can't just jump through that stuff. :P Just adds some lights, signs, safe house logos, anything to give a bit of guidance. My second complaint is all of the alarmed cars. The placement of them is terrible for anyone playing with AI, and there were so many of them. The AI have no idea what they are, so they just jump right on them and set off every single one of the alarms. If you play with three other people it's fine, you can walk around them, albeit very close to them.

Better, but it could still use some improvement. This gives me some hope for the last two apocalypse maps I have to play, Death Toll and No Mercy.

Again... what?

I don't know where to begin.

The only redeeming quality is that this isn't trying to be a Valve map like your other campaigns.

Nothing makes sense. I don't know where you live, but caves turning into train stations, turning into factories, or warehouses, or who knows what isn't a realistic environment. I can't piece any of these maps together. They are way too long and monotonous, same scenery over and over again in all 6 maps. I love crazy campaigns, but it seems to me that you're actually going for realism, and it missed the mark drastically. I pray that if an apocalypse happened, the government wouldn't react like you have them doing. Giant road blocks seemingly after every other car... how did they have time to put those up and why did they? There was a part of a map where I crossed a bridge through a canyon type environment and there were just round  edges floating on the sides of the canyon with trees growing on them. 

I don't know what else to say. Even ignoring the unrealistic, it just wasn't even fun to play. Sorry. :\

I don't really understand why this is getting so many wonderful reviews. 

Nothing about the additions to the original blood harvest make sense. I'd love to play a modified version of any of the original maps, but at least make them realistic. Why were there random concrete pools of water? Subway cars on a train track above ground in a rural area? Why was there a giant underground and above ground bunker next to a normal farmhouse? Surely the military didn't have months to build a fortress once the apocalypse started. The concrete greenhouse at the farm?? The giant sewage tunnels that took us away from the train tracks? Leave that to Death Toll.

The lighting needs a new paragraph all on its own. Blue lights, orange lights, yellow lights, sometimes seeming to come from nowhere. On the second map, just after leaving the safe house, one room is blue and another is orange and you can literally see the line where the colors change from one room to another. 

I'm sorry, but it looks like a little kid just threw random things together on a map. This was the first Apocalypse campaign I've played from you, and now I'm worried about the others as well.

Pros:

-All of the AI fell to their deaths on the bridges, leaving me all by myself through the rest of the map. 

Conclusion:

I know the map says closed, so it probably will never be finished, but the amazing design is still worth a download for the first map. Play it with friends, or by yourself for more of a challenge because all of the AI die. Too bad it won't be finished. 

Pros:

-I loved the farm setting. It was very realistic and spread out.
-There was some nice dialogue between the survivors. 
-The crescendos were unique and fun.
-I loved the school evac. center, was very creepy.
-The custom content was all good. The notes found in the school seemed very real. 
-I think the length of the campaign was perfect.
-There was enough ammo and health for my liking. 
-There were good amounts of hoards, specials, and tanks.
-There was no direction, which normally I wouldn't like, but I think it fit the rural, realistic farm setting. If you've ever been lost in the country, there aren't many signs telling you where to go. 
-The farm houses were nicely done

Cons:

-I accidentally got behind the barb-wire fence, and was able to see behind the map into the gray areas.

-AI were a bit buggy on the silos. 

Conclusion:

This has been one of my favorite campaigns on L4D for realism. I thought the similarities to a small farm community were great. The crescendos were very creative, and the custom content added a lot. The finale was unique and made for an interesting ending. I only found a couple small errors, other than that, it was great!

Pros:

-Cool similarities to the original game. I love the breakable boxes and the warps. 
-All of the custom content was awesome, including the music. 
-The AI were surprisingly good with all of the obstacles
-Looks like you put a lot of work into the detail

Cons:

The only con I have is the huge amount of hoards. I could barely concentrate on the small jumpy boss because I was swarmed every second. Just remove some of the hoards and I'd be able to enjoy the campaign more.

Conclusion:

Awesome campaign, just fix the hoards. :]

Conclusion:

Overall this campaign was very smooth and fun to play. There were no major problems to interrupt the flow of the game. The length of the campaign was perfect, and everything was laid out nicely. Just add some more dialogue and fix the finale and it would be perfect! :)

-I love the maze in map 2 and the lazer maze in the finale. 
-The house design was a bit strange, but it fit the campaign, I liked it! :)

-Decent amount of hoards and specials, not too overwhelming. (Besides the 4 witches XD)

-I shouldn't bother mentioning this, but the texture of the water, and the texture of the cave was a bit unrealistic. No points off for that though, it's an unrealistic campaign.

AI got stuck outside the saferoom

Conclusion:

If you go into this campaign expecting to have fun, you will. You can't judge based on the texture and designs, I don't think it was meant to be the most beautiful campaign out there. But, it was still well laid out. I especially loved the creepy atmosphere in the first map, and the two mazes. The finale was nice and open, with a strange chaotic house. Everything fit the theme in this campaign.Other than a few AI errors, I loved it :P 

Pros:

-I found the AI navigation to be perfect! They never got stuck or fell in the lava.
-Great detail in bringing minecraft to L4D.
-I loved the Dead minecrafters scattered around.
-The crescendos caused by the Creeper, and building things were very different, and awesome. :P
-I'm glad you put the MC music into the game as well. 

Cons:

The only con I can think of...
The finale might have been a bit too easy.

Conclusion:

This was an excellent map! I found no problems at all. It was fun, but still a bit challenging. You really should think about doing a second one, or adding more maps. :) 10/10

Just a few small problems, but other than those, looks great so far! Excellent detail so far. Can't wait for the complete version. :]

-While the lighting gives a nice atmosphere, it also takes away from some of the design, because it was so dark I couldn't see much of anything.

Conclusion:

This was a fun, yet difficult short campaign. The lighting has two sides; it gives the perfect setting, but makes gameplay very hard. I wish the campaign was finished, I'd like to keep playing more of it. Good job with what is there. 

Pros:

-Loved the Truck ride off the cliff. Great idea!
-Very creative: Mountains, farm, city, airport, caves, it had everything
-The gondola was a good idea as well.
-Good amounts of tanks and witches
-Unlike other reviewers, I found a decent amount of supplies to get by.

-AI didn't get on the truck
-There were multiple spots where you could see behind and under the map, leaving ugly empty spaces to see.

-Again, spots where you could see the edge of the map
-AI were so slow
-Zombies spawn behind the gate crescendos, making it very easy to kill them and take no damage.

~~~Map 3~~~
-All AI problems. They were glitchy, slow, and they all fell off the gondola to their deaths. 
-A couple buildings were almost exact replicas to buildings in Valve's campaigns. 

~~~Map 4~~~
-Missing crates and tables leaving floating ammo piles.
-Same exact crescendos over and over.

~~~Finale~~~
-Somewhat boring and a bit strange
-Very easy
-AI would not get on the plane, some of them teleported on, then ran off again. 
-Seemed very rushed, like you wanted to just hurry up and finish the campaign. 

Conclusion:

I liked your creativity. You seemed to include a bit of everything; and if you don't mind it being unrealistic (It's a zombie game after all), it was fun. The AI need definite work, the maps need some touch-ups with texture and design, and I think the finale should be done a bit better. I would play again with friends just for the car ride and gondola alone. Good job :)

-The finale was creative, which I liked, but still very short. 
-The AI had trouble following through the train. 
-The van didn't drive away, it was an abrupt ending.  

Conclusion:

I liked the creativity behind this map, but the main problem was that it was too short and a bit too glitchy for the amount of playtime. It was good design for the most part; no texture errors. If you like short campaigns, then give it a try.
