Pros:

Adds player health to HUD
When used with Urik's custom icons, side panel and HUD show high res textured photo quality icons.
While the HUD offers much better quality and information, it offers more screen view of the game.
Death icons MUCH improved.
Colors are great.
Everything else

Cons:

I hate it when people say this but, nothing. This mod has has so many updates it is to the point it is perfect.

Conclusion:

If you are playing L4D2 and you are not using this, shame on you. You are missing the best mod for L4D2. Valve should look at this when working on L4D3.

Pros:

Greatly improves both the looks of the menu system in L4D2 and technically how it works. It also offers functions not available in the standard menu.

Statistic loading screens improved
major improvements to the Lobby

Cons:

None really.
I would recommend you get his icon sheet and HUD as well.

Conclusion:

I have been using Urik's menu's for quite a while (at Omgot). He is very talented and this mod shows that.
 If you are not using this, shame on you. Your loss.
Shut up and download it!!

Pros:

The pool was amazing. Water was perfect.
The outside areas were done very well. Especially the maze.
No glitches noticed.

Cons:

The large empty rooms in the beginning ruined the map for me. I wouldn't expect those in real life and there were too many of them.
The finale area was too small. We did find a great place to defend though.
One map was too long.

Conclusion:

You need to do something with the large empty rooms in the beginning, No detail in them. break them up with smaller room with lots of debris. 

You should break up one of the maps (not sure which map number). It the one with the elevator that works. Stop it there and make the elevator a safe room. Continue the balance of the map as the next level. That level is too long. Restarting that map made us want to scream. This could be a great map with a bit more work. 

Pros:

Very quality campaign.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Finale looks easy but it isn't.
Added new starting map.
2 new custom melee weapons.
Good blend and transition from indoor to outdoor.
Top 3 campaign IMO

Cons:

Really can't find any.

I had to uninstall this map before as it caused a message overlay when viewing my maps. Does it still do that? Also, why no "comments" option?

Pros:

Adds a much more realistic feel to all weapons.
Not too much recoil, seems just right.

Cons:

May reduce your accuracy a bit but isn't supposed to?
Crashes games. Something about a weapon TXT file not allowed.

Conclusion:

This will stay in my game forever. Sometimes the simplest mods are the best.

Pros:

Brings forward an old friend from L4D to L4D2.
Much improved over the L4D version, not just a port.
The detail is incredible. Where do I start with the cobble stone roads, signage, wall textures, etc, etc. There was a ton of work that went into the details of this campaign.
To me this campaign is as professional as I Hate Mountains 2.

Cons:

Didn't care for the football tanks. I get I, just don't care for them.
This should have been the campaign to be released with the L4D campaigns. It's better that (you know what) and is originally from L4D.
Music volume too low.

Conclusion:

To me there are4 2 campaigns that are set far apart from the others, I Hate Mountains, and this one.

Pros:

Incredible detail
Lots of special effects like plane crash and weather.
Great custom sound track.
Valve quality (no really).
Couldn't find any glitches.

Cons:

I saw several hoards materialize in plain view. The spawning of infested should take place out of sight. This should be fixed.

Dead players re spawned in one of the rooms with a double door when the doors were open.

Conclusion:

Probably the best campaign out for L4D2. Not sure if this is a port or just a redone half-Life map. Doesn't matter. The attention to detail on this campaign it just great. Get this right away you knucklehead!!

Cons:

Much is taken from the original L4D2 maps. Shame.
There are some stairways that are way too wide.
While this campaign receives updates, still many bugs like ammo on it's side.
Intro too long.

Conclusion:

The best I can say about this campaign is you get all maps. it's obvious that much of this campaign was ported directly from L4D2. Nothing original here at all.
