Pros:

It has a nice clean texture and somewhat cute thought behind it. It has a subtle use of rainbows unlike some mods that have Rainbow Dash. The darker shades of blue contrast well with the white and light blue. You don't notice it instantly in game so that when you do it's somewhat of a pleasant surprise when you remember you installed the Pega-Speed skin,

Cons:

The only thing I can even start to think of is the fact that it seems to be a little bright and shiny for zombie apocalypse standards. If you can I would recommend adding a little more "grain" to the texture. I'll only add a tiny penalty because it's not that big of a deal. :3

Conclusion:

I use this mod all the time. It's cute and pony themed, which in my book makes it pretty darn okay. But I would have to say I would like to see a second upload of this with the dirty/somewhat aged looking texture, um, if you don't mind.
