Yes. As Guest say, this mod (that is excellent) fail in EP2 when Alyx attacked at the beginning

Go into steam/steamapps/common/Half-Life 2/hl2/ folder
Create 'custom' folder if it doesn't exist.
Unpack chloe_price into that folder
The model should appear next time you launch the game
Alternatively, you can install the model for Episodes. You unpack it into:
steam/steamapps/common/Half-Life 2/episodic/custom/ for Episode 1
steam/steamapps/common/Half-Life 2/ep2/custom/ for Episode 2
