Step 1 doesn't work.
Does opening the chest by visiting the url manually work? (Clicking the VIP link in the header. )
My phone browser worked & showed like this after clicking the icon:
Probably it might be related to browser compatibility or something. Have you tried other PC browsers, or some frequently used browsers like opera PC version, chrome & firefox? Probably there might be different results.-
Well you two, when I click on VIP and then collect it DOES NOT WORK. Also, the chest is closed and stays that way (though given the credits are not being given, that actually makes sense.)

You must click VIP/Collect and then click the grey chest on the screen next to the robot. Clicking the grey chest next to the robot should open the chest and give you credits. Apologies. We are not able to replicate this issue which makes it a little difficult to debug.
