Pros:

(1) Fun Easter Egg Hunting

(2) Enjoyable Custom Intro Music

(3) Cool Tank Skin

(4) Funny Re-skin of a Melee Weapon at the Finale

(5) The Bowling Venue (had fun shooting the bowling balls down the lane, too bad I never struck a single bowling pin down once lol)

Cons:

(1) Survivor Bots refuses to take explosive/incendiary ammo upgrades

(2) 4th Map fairly long to complete in terms of distance, dying at the end of Map 4 when the train leaves due to being smoked after all that hard fighting to get to Crazy Ron makes me sad :( 

(3) Not a major let down, but when I was playing at the part to release the boat, I was really expecting some sort of boat ride down the river cuz of the turret gun, but turns out that it only forms the bridge and by the time the boat arrives, the horde would have been taken care off and the mounted turret on the boat no longer serves any purpose.

Conclusion:

Overall, a fun map indeed, though one suggestion is probably, if there is time, to split the 4th map into 2, or making the 4th map a bit shorter in terms of distance to cover.

Despite a v.3.0 update, the survivor bots still refuse to take any of the ammo upgrades, not a con if on multiplayer but for single player it would make a difference in surviving mobs if the bots actually take the upgrades

All in all, a very fun enjoyable map :) Thumbs Up!
