Pros:

 - Makes the game alot more enjoyable
 - Very good third person handling
 - Better looking edge glows

Cons:

 - The crosshair is really innacurate when in third person
 - Shotguns make no sound

Conclusion:

This whole mod is great and i would highly recommend getting it, if the crosshair aiming could be fixed that would be great, you just have to aim a little to the left when in third person otherwise.
