Pros:

-New feel to the survivor outlook. 
-More realistic. (no way would there clothes be clean)
-More interesting then original survivor designs.
-More pleasing to the eye

Cons:

-Coach doesn't have the usual purple and gold shirt color. (Its not to big a deal because the blue color still works)
-the hands in first person view do have a disfiguration to them. (but its not that noticeable)

Conclusion:

A well made mod with no real cons to it.
Download is a must for new gameplay feel.
