Pros:

Cute as something that's really cute
Ruins tension (in a good way)
One more step towards insanity

Cons:

Annoyingly loud (remove this con and bump the score up to a 10 if that sort of thing doesn't bother you)

Conclusion:

NYAN your way to better health. I fail to see a problem here.
