HKY09

Conveniently enough, CEDA offices are still available on the west side! If you find yourself at a CEDA Wellness Center in the infected zone, please line up in a orderly fashion and wait for someone to infect you. Have a nice day!

  • Pros:

    -New thrilling experience

    -Nice atmosphere

-I can see you put a lot of work into this

-The idea behind the finale is great

    Cons:

    -Hordes respawn too quickly

    -Finale chapter WAY too long

    Conclusion:

The campaign, from what I could tell, was obviously well thought out - the vastly different locations provided a new kinda campaign feel I have not felt since the official campaigns.
However, the amount of hordes is absolutely frustrating - they spawn way too quickly, and way too often. Jockeys are particularly annoying in the feature length finale chapter, as I lost all of my teammates quickly and swiftly to them and the hordes that spawn, only to luckily find them in a portable toilet on the field. This was good, as it strengthened my team up to the finale. However, as I went to find the vaccines, this is where it gets bad again. I found the first 3 vaccines swiftly, then tent after tent all I could find was empty fridges. Then the helicopter arrived, and I guessed that I didn't need the vaccines after all. I was deadly wrong, and upon being alerted, I ran out of the helicopter to do a final strip search of all the CEDA tents before the rescue tanks could show up. Again, I searched all of the tents but nothing came up. Fraustrated, I ran to the helicopter in the hopes that it would maybe take off. I didn't make it far enough, the tank had already got my other teammates down, and it came after me. I stood no chance at finding the vaccines, and it would've been better of the helicopter came down ONLY when you found all of them, and if you found them all early, then the helicopter lands at the normal time.

Overall, this campaign was very frustrating at times. Do not play if you have a short temper, or if you feel the AI director hates your every move. Because in this campaign, I think the AI director hates anything human.
