Pros:

- nicely detailed character that fits in this world 
- I love the hair animation :)
- IMO,  rochelle's default voice doesn't fit this character too badly

Cons:

- somehow the earpiece isn't useful & should be removed (in my opinion)
- legs seem SLIGHTLY fat to me

Conclusion:

Overall, a very good replacement. 
Finally something serious that is not an anime character  or a hideous  pixelized one.
