Pros:

+Beauty map
+A lot of Weapons
+Good place for spawn mods
+Depressive autmosphere

Cons:

-Too hard to climb up or get down from the roof
-Slow gameplay

Conclusion:

This map is nice for play with people. But if you play with bots, you won't have a nice game
