Pros:

good balance
excellent floorplan
good textures
ambient, ambient, ambient!
multiple camping positions

Cons:

l4d survivors bug (no big deal)
a bit dark
maybe too many grenades and/or ammo piles
hard for newcomers
no falling damage at the cliffs

Conclusion:

A good, balanced map that will fully ocupy a good, cooperating team if they want to achieve the gold!
With a little polish, it could be official.
