Pros:

Great taste in movies.

Backyard playset. Hole in the wall under the bed. Flying Wii remotes. Hallway with the skateboard. Everything.

Super Metroid.

Grass, crayons, and tufts of carpet further reinforce the setting of this map.

Cons:

I was hoping for an attic or a way to go upstairs.

Conclusion:

I downloaded this a while ago, but only just got around to reviewing it. I play this map on survival quite often. At this time, it is my personal favorite out of any map on the site. Very well done. Oh, and thanks for your service in Iraq.

Pros:

Nice setting. Vaguely reminiscent of Condemned : Criminal Origins, or perhaps even Silent Hill.

Children of Infected : Support Group banner. Interesting thought.

I enjoyed the theater crescendo event.

Awesome finale. I like how the lights suddenly come on when the pilot is on his way. I also enjoyed the distortion effect when the rain became heavy.

Cons:

Short, but sweet.

Conclusion:

This is just a blast to play. I didn't expect it to be nearly as fun as it was. I'll keep this map around for a replay later.

Pros:

It's a Metal Gear map.

Functioning security cameras.

Nice tank in the canyon.

All the alternate routes were pretty nifty.

Hind wreckage!

Cons:

Bots have problems with boarding the final elevator in the Metal Gear hangar.

Possible horde spawning issue on the bridge between the two communication towers where the second generator is located.

I did not enjoy the horde raining down from above the elevator leading down into the casting facility.

The room where Ocelot tortures Baker is missing, unless I overlooked it.

Conclusion:

The rush to the roof of the communications tower and the ride to Raven's lair are a little dull, but I guess there isn't a definitive way to fix them, so I left those out of the cons this time. I miss the initial horde alert at the dock when the elevator descends. Some people say there are a lot of empty rooms, but after playing this map a few times I don't think that's really much of an annoyance. The important thing (to me) is how much this map is like Shadow Moses. In that respect, it succeeds.

Overall, this is a faithful recreation of Shadow Moses Island. I had a lot of fun playing it. It's not a perfect campaign, but I enjoyed it and would definitely play it again.
