Pros:

the intro is especially good, you know when the tank is here as soon as you hear it.

this is the best tank music replacement I have ever heard. And its not just cause Im all excited about the movie. I havnt even seen prometheus and not even a huge fan. This just straight up fits the game in every way.

Pros:

Dead Center/Dark Carnival/Swamp Fever all look awesome

Cons:

All the detail that made the Hard Rain poster so great is completly taken away. Cool letter effects though I'll admit.

Parish poster looks boring and as if someone just darkened the color in a simple Windows photo gallery editor or something like that.

Conclusion:

3/5 maps are good, the other 2 not so much. But the ones that are good are so good they try thier hardest to make up for the bad ones,

there are other front view L4D1 survivor hud mods, but this one if my favorite. I like the fact that this particular mod doesnt make them look too detailed. I like how they are more dark grainy and shadowed.

Conclusion:

love this mod. Coach is my favorite one. He was always the survivor that looked a little too clean, and now you fixed that. And besides "groovy color coach" there hasnt been any dirtier looking Coach skins and I like this one cause its dirty, yet still keeps his original style of clothes. And I'm glad you didnt overdue the blood on his face either, another reason I like it. I'm gonna miss the purple shirt, but the detail of this skin makes up for that loss.

Conclusion:

Jockey was always my least favorite of the special infected, he just looked a litte too goofy compared to the rest of them. But this skin is a vast improvment and makes him look alot creepier. The face is especially scarier.

spitter was the weakest and least changed imo

Conclusion:

you really outdid yourselves with these. Every single one of these was an improvement over the original.  You were able to make them scarier without having to replace them with a new model, like from Killing Floor or something like that, therefore still keeping their personalities that Valve gave them. This is a Zombie apocalypse and I like my infected as dirty and nasty as they can get and you were able to do that. Great job.


also, any chance of doing a Realism Survivor Pack? The L4D2 survivors always looked a litte too clean for being in the middle of a zombie apocalypse.

Conclusion:

a pretty cool campaign. Maps 1 and 4 stand out, very unique levels. The prison was set up great and the so was the ship. But maps 2 and 3 were kinda boring to be honest, or the city levels as you can call them. Nothing really special about them. But the highlight of the entire campaign has got to be the finale. Its so huge and wide open and keeps the experience from going stale after multiple playthroughs. Definitely the best looking part of the campaign. And I love the little graveyard on top of the hill too.

Making it set during the day was a mistake though. It made everything look ugly. I think it could have started out during the day, but then get more cloudy as the campaign progressed. Would have fit the spooky ship theme of the campaign. And the fact that every map has exactly the same lighting makes the campain feel even shorter than it already is.

Its a good campaign, but the maps themselves feel kinda short and end abruptly. 2 are great, the other 2 are kinda boring. The finale is pretty much flawless and one of the best I've ever played. Lighting is bad throughout the campain and makes things feel ugly, but the good maps and finale the campaign has do their best to make up for this. Overated? Yes. But it's a good campaign and it's worth checking out.

Conclusion:

This is one of my all time favorite campaigns. Feels like a mix between No Mercy and The Passing. Has a wonderfull dark atmosphere and has overall great map designs.

however there are some flaws. I did not like the finale. The building itself was fine, but making it a running type finale like The Parish/Suicide Blitz was a mistake. I think it would have been better suited as a regular hold off finale with a somewhat longer travel distance to the hold out area. The rooftop would have made a great holdout spot and we hardly got to see any of it during the finale due to it being a running type.

So in the end, this is an incredible campaign with a dissapointing finale. The first 3 maps were set up great and it had a wide variety of city areas. The choice of making it a dark, rainy setting with a monochrome color is what made everything come togther and complete it. If it had been a daylight campaign with lighting like the Parish, I still would have respected it for its level design, but the gray atmosphere of this campaign completed it and made it the great campaign it is.
