Pros:

Nice Visuals, the mansion scenario is very intersting

Cons:

Ladder to get down from the start is hard to find
Inexplicable spontaneous combustion of the chopper (I found it quite humorous so no points off)
The dead deer rag-dolls are glitched
You are a GOD on the rooftop

Conclusion:

This would be a fun map if the rooftop wasn't so overpowered, nothing can climb up there and tanks just die eventually, I would give this a 10 if this was fixed put until then It's just a broken map.

Makes the game laggy (I don't know if that just me so no points off)

This is a great mod and i definitely recommend downloading this.

Conclusion:

This is one of the best, if not the best custom campaign I have ever played and probably ever will.
So much effort was put into this campaign and you are doing yourself a huge disservice if you have not played this yet.
The atmosphere, gameplay, dialogue and exploration rivals the Valve campaigns.
