Use it all the time! Love it.  Does not conflict with to many other pistol mods (tier 1).  Actually i fell in love with Dr Haus' custom 1911 Longslide and probably like it just a smidge better (personal Prefference), but that mod conflicts with most of the other Tier 1 pistols that "I" like.  i.e. the dual 1911's.  It does work with the super cool Walther P99.

Reload is a bit fast but actually its very helpful, kind of like a fast reload cheat

Great mod of my favorite weapon, the "magnum"  Sounds cool and of course 8 rounds is a huge plus for a revolver.  I like it a LOT!!
