Pros:

-Fun, very nice survival
-Pretty good, like the other "Let's Build a:" maps.
-Can research weapons
-Fair building

Cons:

-Bots don't help at all
-Bad grammar
-Zombies come way to quickly
-None of the defences brake, it's kinda boring to build a fence without it breaking from all the zombies climb over it
-some of the zombies run past the fences, walls, ETC.

Conclusion:

Aside from the cons, this is pretty good, except for the bots that never seem to build the fences or grab weapons from the research station, I literally have to unlock seprate weapons and drop them on the floor for the bots to pick them up.

Pros:

Very nice textures.
Makes special infected more realistic.
Has Gabe Newell as the Boomer :D
Doesn't lag.

Cons:

Ragdolls seem abit weird.
When takeing this off, my game keeps saying there are missing models. (no points deducted, not sure if you're supposed to un check the addon before deleting it.)

Conclusion:

Aside from the Strange ragdolls, this mod is pretty cool :D
