Pros:

-Smarter A.I
-Uses Melee Weapons!
-React quickly whenever survivor needs help
-MAKES BOTS MOVE FOR PLAYERS WHO PLAY VERSUS IN SINGLEPLAYER

Cons:

-still can't pick up gas cans and fill them in the car in the finale of Dead Center
-takes a while for them to get out of the safe room
-sometimes just stands there if survivor is grabbed by a smoker who can't be shot

Conclusion:

It's mod worth downloading and using!
this is the kind of mod where it's almost impossible to remove/delete because it's so good and useful.
plus the main reason I downloaded this mod is because it makes bots move for people to love to play Versus Offline.
