Pros:

Really good when out of connection
If you die they Rescue you ! :D
They handle melee weapons

Cons:

I found none except the fact that you woulnd't play too much offline singleplayer.

Conclusion:

I've tried both versions, the not lead was the first, and I got impressed with that one too. 8/10 as you won't be using it that much.
