Pros:

-Great design of each map.
-Great navigation mesh for bots.
-Fun events.
-High level of detail placed in each map.
-Great custom ambient sounds and use of survivor dialogue. 
-Great use of special infected, specifically CEDA guys.

Cons:

-A couple of missing textures but by far, not a big deal.

Conclusion:

I can see a lot of time and effort went into this. It really shows for what it's worth. This is on par with something Valve would put out. I only hope that my campaign will eventually rise to the high bar set by this one.
