Pros:

Looks Pretty
Nice open areas to fight off infected
It has all the necessary requirements for the contest
I LOVE the color correction
Good Lighting
Good Environment 
Lots of weapons at the start
Custom Models

Cons:

Lagged (for me at least) to the point it's barely playable
I could not find ANY melee weapons whatsoever 
Little to no weapon spawn points
There were some doors (I elieve in the front were I could only see the Skybox texture
In both of the two rooms you can enter you can break the glass to get on the balcony and jump outside of the map
Bots got stuck.....A LOT
Missing Texture on the third floor balcony
Doors that are not supposed to be opened can be opened

Conclusion:

All in all the map looked to be very good with wide open areas for players to hold out, however the Cons overpower the Pros. Right now I'd give this map an 80 of 100. You say your going to fix a lot of the things in my cons and I may edit my review then.Hope to see this stuff fixed because it has a lot of potential in my opinion.
