- Survival might be easier due to item availability
- Can be something of a maze...

Conclusion:

I found the map to be professional - almost Valve quality - and very engrossing. Although I've only played this map with AI (which can definitely change your perspective), it seems very playable and provides interesting challenges for human players.

As others have mentioned, however, it could use some more player testing to resolve minor balance and item drop issues. If those are addressed, this map deserves a 100!
