Full disclosure: I am a HUGE Phantasy Star Online fan. Played it for years on the GameCube and on the PC (Blue Burst).
But that doesn't affect my rating at all, I promise. This is actually a really nice sound mod, because it sounds nice even if you've never played the original game. If you're looking for a really inspirational sound when you complete a level, this is one you should definitely check out!

(I've seen some really cool sound mods lately, but to be honest, I actually never download any of them. This is one I HAD to download, and I wasn't disappointed! Keeping this one installed for a long time. :))

Pros:

Creepy as hell
Hair looks well-done
Custom HUD icons

Cons:

It doesn't really fit Ellis's voice. Maybe a different survivor should have been replaced.

Conclusion:

Okay I have to say this REALLY creeped me out at first.
As soon as the map loaded and I was in the dark saferoom, I saw that creepy big head a few feet away in the shadows, and I freaked...
Until Ellis finally opened his big fat southern mouth. Then I just couldn't stop laughing. Ellis is such a cheery, nice guy so his voice contrasts completely with this character
BUT, this isn't necessarily a bad thing - maybe you were going for the comical instead of spooky feel. It sure as heck made ME laugh.

Pros:

True to the original

Cons:

No facial animations.

Conclusion:

This is very cool.  Nice work on the HUD icons too!
I AM disappointed that there's no facial animations, but most custom survivor replacements have that problem, so I won't penalize you much for it. Just -2 pts. Nice work!

Conclusion:

Great skin. Honestly if I didn't know any better I'd say Valve themselves could have made this. Nice job.

Pros:

-Environmental design is perfect
-Dark, claustrophobic environment in first area
-Many small carefully placed details make this map absolutely shine
-Intentionally-placed Engrish signs
-An actual story
-Constant color palette throughout campaign
-Creative finale and escape method

Cons:

-Ice sliding in finale map was extremely, extremely annoying.
-Very little weapons

Conclusion:

You've nailed it. Perfect degree of fog, darkness, background music. Everything just fits and meshes well together and keeps you immersed.
I really enjoyed this campaign. It felt way too short though. The second map also looked way too much like the third one. The constant color scheme is nice, but some differentiation between the last two maps would have helped.
Overall I don't see any terribly huge flaws with this campaign.

Pros:

-Good displacements
-Nice scenery
-Cool traps 
-Survivor dialogue
-Custom background music
-Good lighting

Cons:

-Texture tiling is way too noticeable.  I shouldn't be able to tell from far away that they are tiling. The Source engine is capable of using textures with pretty high resolution- use them. This isn't the Nintendo 64
-You spam Tanks and CI's too much. Seriously. When a mapmaker starts resorting to spamming boss spawns, it's a sign they have no creativity or have ran out of ideas. You know better than this.
-Needs custom models. Regular brushes are way too blocky.
-Finale is boring. What the heck was with the boat? It traveled what seemed like only a few yards, seems absolutely pointless. They could have just swam across.
-The helicopter scene... . What was supposed to happen exactly? The helicopter appears to crash, but a split second later it seems to teleport back up where it was. What?? Was that supposed to be a second helicopter? If so, then you need to delay its appearance and add the appropriate sound effect of a helicopter flying closer. Right now, it looks like the first helicopter magically teleports back up.
-Intro fly-in looks very awkward with their voices in the background as the camera moves. You should add a screen overlay, to make the screen have a different color, or fog or *something*, maybe a low background music. As it is right now, it seems very out of place and tacked on.
-There should NOT be a Tank spawning within 10 seconds of exiting a safe room. This happened to me twice, so I assume it wasn't the Director's fault.

And of course, the usual bot issues...
-Bots got stuck behind metal barred door in first checkpoint, though this didn't stop me from continuing onto the next map
-One bot did not go into the checkpoint at the end of  the second map. I had to shoot and kill him to continue.

Conclusion:

It's not terrible. It is apparent you've spent a lot of time on this. I think the scores here have been needlessly too harsh. 

I have to really point out though, that I didn't really feel like I was in China. The trees and whatnot were (mostly) pre-existing Valve models. Had you used more custom props of the kind you'd see in rural China, it would have made a huge difference.
If you improve the campaign I will edit my review and raise the score. Good luck in the contest.

Update - August 10- You've fixed the lighting issue, and now the maps look very beautiful. Thanks for being responsive to constructive criticism, this is what I like to see in a map developer. Looking forward to your other works.

Pros:

High quality model
Faithful to the official version

Cons:

Most likely ripped straight from the Wii game. Not original.
In essence, the model was actually made by Capcom, this guy just took it from other sources.

Conclusion:

Claire is my top favorite character from the Resident Evil games, so I may be biased. (Let's just say I've had a little crush on her since I first played RE2 on the Playstation years ago! xD)
That said, this model is top notch quality. Even if you don't like Claire or never played RE2 or Code Veronica, you may want to download it anyway. It sure beats having to look at Rochelle, LOL!

However, I can not in good faith give you a 100% perfect score, because this is not really your model. You did give credit to the people that deserve it, though, so you will get a 90 from me. Still a good score! Thanks for uploading this!
