Pros:
-Good sized campaign -Detailed in smaller areas -Good weapon distances -Interesting use of the police car for the finale -Boss placement was fine -1st Panic Event in 2nd Level -Randomizes with each playthrough
Cons:
-Too many freaking tanks per level after level 1. -Areas feel very bland at times -Lack of warning signs on Police and Ice Cream truck -Ventilation shafts used as infected spawn areas to often. -Nearly impossible on Normal+
Conclusion:
The campaign is fun and all with it's smaller ideas of the event and such as the 1st Panic Event in the campaign, along with the nice little amount of randomizing done with it. BUT! It lacks details in areas that should exist like the Police Station, and the 2 events per level is quite annoying. It's OK if you do it once, it's really annoying when you do it twice. The tanks during the events is also REALLY annoying, I already dealt with one tank during the level, why do I need to deal with it again? During my last playthrough 3 tanks spawned within the same level. Really annoying. Normally a sign pops up that says, don't shoot this, or don't shoot that. There was no warning what so ever on the Police Car, or Ice Cream Truck. Ventilation shafts are fine to use as an infected spawn area, but too me, it feels lazy and poor when you have a giant gaping hole in the wall. And finally, it's nearly impossible on Normal+ due to all the tanks this level throws at you. It took me 4 times to get passed the 2nd level. Over all, it's fun. But I don't suggest you play it over Normal+ unless you want a challenge.
