It's a good map but needs some small fixes then it's pretty dang good.But I have not tried the scavenger part.

Pros:

No Mercy feel to it

Cons:

You can jump onto the stairs from the roof.
The store after the ambulance windows are to small a tank spawned in it and got stuck in the window and made it easy.
The sewers should be longer.

Conclusion:

The map overall is great but needs to be a little longer other then that it's good.

Item placement is horrible(except tower).

Using ammo piles should be avoided because it makes it a little easier because they can just grab as much ammo for whatever gun they want.

Infinite guns at spawn(should be avoided makes that corner way to powerful and no point going anywhere else)

No use of grenade launcher.

No use of the cricket bat(Thats just begging to be in this map)

Gas pumps can't be blown up(should be like a propane blowing up I saw it work in no mercy it was kinda cool to have).
The roof across from gas station has to many item.

The roof across from gas station becomes a god spot
because the bots will not climb from anyway except the back(they rarely go there).

The bar where you spawn can be used to trick the tank so he goes around and around till you kill him.

The lights without a model on the ground looks weird.

The floor texture of the top of the tower could use a matching.

At the cometary there is some player clip that is sticking out to much on the wall near the gate.

On the hole at the gas station there is a block that is slightly off and 1 wall at the top of the hole there is brought to high.

The zombies should climb in the windows at the top of the spawn spot.

Not using any of the garages(without or without using breaking doors)

Conclusion:

It's design is pretty nice but  it needs a lot of small stuff but the item placement being the biggest flaw.

45 is for the design the rest needs to be fixed before raising rating.
