Pros:

Massively fun to play
Original map design 

Cons:

Only con is that the map is fairly bland but other than that no real cons against it

One of the best maps I have played on very well done

Its a brilliant mod, just needs a soundpack with it to be perfect

Great to play on lots of fun

Cons:

unlimited ammo for grenade launcher which, although it can help kinda gets boring when someone just spams grenades everywhere

One of the best maps I've played one

Great map for co-op 
Excellent environment

Too long in my opinion 
easy to get lost but thats more of the fault of the player :P

Conclusion:

A decent map, I highly recommend it especially for Silent Hill fans
