    Pros:

    - Shield regen just like other games.
- Fully customizable values.
- Makes UT3 more challenging rather than easier, really.

    Cons:

    - I've found the default values to be too high for "satisfying" play.
- Doesn't come built into UT3!

    Conclusion:

    This is an awesome feature to have in UT3 to keep it interesting. :)
