CCL's Playerzombie Respawn Fix

This addon removes the gamebreaking Playerzombie respawn system on all escape maps.

Wut? What respawn system?

It was a WIP feature from last year that gives spectators on escape mode another chance to play as playerzombie by refilling their lives when certain objectives are being completed. The downside are the gamebreaking bugs which are listed below and no fixes... It just stayed in this WIP state even now.

Does this addon really works?

Try to play on ce_roanokepd and die once if you want to know if it works. 
You won't respawn as playerzombie until map change anymore.

What does this addon offers:
====================================================================================================
- Playerzombies have only a set of lives now like how it used to be without the new system.

- No more endless respawn as zombies until map change when you die in singleplayer or as a team in multiplayer mode.

- No more exploit while being a coackroach and rejoining the server turning you back to a playerzombie.

- "Disable playerzombie" option works now without this respawn system.

- No more weird hang ups while finished a map.

Compatibility:
====================================================================================================
- This addon will just get ignored if you join a public server which doesn't have this add-on.
- Server owners can use this addon without problems. Players won't get kicked because they don't have this VPK.
