HALT AND READ THE FOLLOWING!!! 
Due to the nature of this mod's transparency shader you must have  
ANTI-ALIASING set to 4X MSAA or higher   If you fail to see the 1st screenshot or read the description of this mod  then enjoy having invisible common infected kill you repetitively due to your lack or a brain.
So in the spirit of Halloween he's another Halloween themed mod.And staying true to the old school Halloween characters felt a ghost/spirit would be suiting.
Game: Murdered:
This replaces the common infected with infected_murder demon. 
This model has been done by Splinks  I take no credit for the model. I only made to L4D1 This version functions in local single player

To install this mod in L4D. Copy and paste the.vpk file in [Your L4D Folder]\Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead\addons\.
